Each of the done-for-you newsletters has 5 sections:
Section 1: What's Happening - This is the section where you keep your clients up-to-date on what is happening in your practice. In each newsletter, we have given you suggestions on what to write. Each suggestion is seasonally appropriate, guiding you on when to offer sales, ask for referrals or just share a fun/inspirational story. Using the suggestions, you can plan your entire year's marketing campaign.
Section 2: Fun Holidays this Week - Here we list silly, unknown holidays for the current week. This is fun and engaging for the client. Often there will be links to recipes and educational content. While this section doesn't have anything to do with chiropractic care, it is one of the sections that will keep your clients reading your newsletter week after week.
Section 3: Hydration Recipe - Hydration is very important and has a subtle tie into spine health. Each week you will find a different infused water recipe. Your clients will love trying the recipes and will look forward to getting a new recipe each week.
Section 4: Article - Here is the meat of the newsletter. We have written 52 client engaging articles your clients will love. Topics include educational related posts, suggestions on ways to maintain and improve health and wellness, and much more. Each article has been created specifically to engage and educate your massage clients. See below for a sample list of article topics.
Section 5: Special Offers - This is where you can list any sales or promotions you are currently running. You don't always have to offer discounts either. You can offer products or promote open appointment times during slow times of the month. If you aren't running any sales that week, you can simply delete this section.
By giving you pre-written content and suggestions for all 5 sections in each newsletter, we have created a way for you to keep your newsletter timely and personal without having to spend hours brainstorming and creating an effective newsletter.
